FEMALES
Maternal quality you can count on.

FEMALES FOR
THE FUTURE.
DONORS DRIVE OUR SUCCESS
The most integral part of a successful herd is a solid foundation. Our females lay the groundwork for longevity by combining phenotype with sought-after maternal characteristics. Through the use of embryo transfer, we multiply our best genetics to create a uniform cow herd that can truly do it all.
We offer females private treaty or annually in Missouri Angus Association sponsored sales.

Back in 2013, we were in need of a herd bull. I saw an ad in Missouri Cattlemen’s Magazine and I called Jim to make arrangements to go to Clearwater Farm. When we arrived, we were introduced to W.D. Pipkin. After speaking with him, he asked us to go feed with him while we waited on Jim. From that time on we knew we were at the right place for cattle. Everything W.D. and Jim told us about that first bull was spot on. Since then we have purchased bulls, cows, bred heifers and open heifers. Their bulls go to work and they don’t fall apart. Very little supplement is needed. The calves out of their bulls pack the pounds on. The cows are good uddered and will raise a calf without going backwards. To this day we have not had to pull a calf from their cows or bred heifers. The genetic package is there along with calving ease, growth and carcass. Clearwater’s cattle perform well on fescue with little input, they work great for our cattle operation and that's why we are repeat customers.
